How do JOYÀ Subscriptions work?

When you subscribe for one or more products, you’ll receive a 15% discount on every recurring order of your subscription products. You'll be automatically charged on each cycle (until you cancel or pause your subscription), and the products will be delivered to you at your chosen delivery internal (2, 4 or 6 weeks).

Subscriptions are a great way to keep consistent with your supplement routine and support your wellness — all while saving money!

Can I change products in my Subscription?

Yes, the products in your subscription can vary as much as you’d like! From your customer portal, you can change your subscribed products (as well as frequency of delivery and quantity) anytime.

Can I pause my Subscription if I’ll be traveling or just need a break?

Definitely! We suggest simply skipping your next shipment. Once logged in to your account, go to the “Manage Subscriptions” page, click “Delivery Schedule” and then the “Skip” button.

Can I change the frequency of my deliveries?

Absolutely! You can easily adjust the frequency of your shipments by logging in to your account on our website and clicking “Manage Subscriptions”.

How do I manage my Subscription?

You can access and manage your subscriptions by logging into your account on our website and clicking “Manage Subscriptions”.

To log in to your account on your desktop, click the person icon in the upper right hand corner of the page, or click “Customer Login” in the footer. On mobile, click “Account” in the main navigation menu, or click “Customer Login” in the footer.

From your customer portal, you can make all changes to your subscription, including skipping your next shipment, changing your delivery frequency, pausing your deliveries, changing subscribed products and more!

I've run out early. Can I have my next delivery shipped before the scheduled interval?

Absolutely! Just get in touch with us at support@joya.ca and we’ll be happy to have your next shipment processed immediately.

Are all JOYÀ products available for Subscription?

At this time all Elixir Blends (but not the Elixir Blend Starter Bundles) are available for Subscription.

(Our Chocolate is a special limited release in the fall, so we highly suggest you stock up to last you the summer while you can!)
