- Add all ingredients (except toppings/mix-ins) to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and no chunks remain.

- 1 medium or large banana
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tbsp mint leaves
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp JOYÀ Matcha-Moringa Elixir Blend
- crushed ice
- water to desired consistency - use less for a smoothie bowl (or optionally coconut water or coconut milk)
- optional toppings/mix-ins: shredded or flaked coconut, hemp seeds, bee pollen*, and larger chunks of fruit, nuts and seeds for a smoothie bowl
*Note: omit bee pollen to keep the recipe vegan.
